Lots of details required to work this concept out
No more free passes for BIG TECH to self-govern and enact its own take on censorship
No foreign government or members.
Legal Restructuring of Section 230
- Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, Title V of the Telecommunications Act of 1996
- was meant to cover sites like news outlets with comment sections, online forums, and other
websites where people could contribute their thoughts. Without Section 230, most of the sites we
use today — including Google and Facebook — would not exist as we know them.
Since BIG TECH has taken upon itself to decide what it will and will not allow on its sites (censorship) government needs to step in and protect its citizens from corporate bias information
